![]() ![]() Install CS screws in the holes and install in the slot, and fit the accessory you need to mount and fasten with a nut. Drill a couple of holes to suit the item you need to mount, countersink them and slit from the nearest end to the holes and beyond about 20mm. You can make your own mitre slot clamp blocks for featherboards etc with a a strip of wood that is a neat fit in the slot and about 100mm or more longer than the bolt spacing required. Similarly, with the Woodpecker parts you found, they might be the bees knees if they fit you table slot, but otherwise will be useless to you. however there is no guarantee that they will fit the track machined in your saw, they are designed to match their extrusion. They also offer other items based on the same matching extrusion for localised fastening etc. MCLS offer an ali extrusion undercut mitre track, with a matching extrusion that slides along the track but locks into the undercut to avoid tilting or lifting. The extension rides in the undercut to prevent the mitre gauge tilting down if the gauge is drawn back beyond the leading edge of the table to crosscut a wide panel. The undercuts are in fact intended to accomodate a detachable extension at the nose of some mitre gauge bars. To the best of my knowledge, undercut mitre slots don't have any standard, informal or defacto. Mitre slots have a defacto standard size of 3/4 x 3/8 inch, but many don't follow that accurately. ![]()
